Over the years, Adv. Adv. Shuk has extensive professional experience and knowledge in conducting legal proceedings in labor courts, litigation proceedings in courts that originate from violations of labor law provisions, as well as in providing ongoing legal advice to companies and senior managers in all levels of private and collective labor law.
Within this framework, Adv. Shuk leads the complex litigation field in our firm and has unique expertise, among other things, in proceedings dealing with the recognition of employee-employer relationships, harassment and abuse at work, class actions, prohibition of discrimination, and more. Adv. Shuk also accompanies and advises workers’ committees, including in the initial stages of organizing and in collective disputes.
Prior to joining our firm, Adv. Shuk served for over a decade as a legal assistant to labor court judges, both in the Jerusalem Regional Labor Court and in the National Labor Court, including serving for over seven years as a senior legal assistant to the Honorable President of the National Labor Court, Judge Varda Wirt Livne. In this role, Adv. Shuk was a partner in the most important and significant judicial work in the field of labor law and played an important role in writing the rulings and laws established by the National Labor Court over the past decade.

Adv. Blum coordinates and is responsible for the ongoing legal advice and support of employers in our office in all aspects of labor law and relations, and advises and supports companies in diverse fields of activity, from high-tech and technology companies, industry, restaurants and catering, retail, services, marketing, and more.
Within this framework, Adv. Blum provides ongoing legal advice that includes answers to questions that arise at every stage of the employment process – from recruiting and accepting employees for work, determining their terms of employment, drafting and updating employment agreements and documents, managing the ongoing employment process, and advising and representing in employment termination procedures. In addition, Adv. Blum provides training and lectures to managers and human resources teams, represents in financial sanctions and administrative warnings before the Ministry of Labor, in applications for permits to terminate the employment of protected populations before the Commissioner for Women’s Employment at the Ministry of Labor and the Employment Committee at the Ministry of Defense, and accompanies and conducts examination procedures under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act.
